How does the free trial work?

New users can get a free trial to discover READIO at no cost, no risk, with no obligation and no credit card needed. The trial allows 30 minutes of free transcription and translation to test our service.

What happens after the trial?

If you decide to subscribe to a paid plan and become one of our customers (hurray!), you’ll go through our secure, online payment system. You can cancel at any time. If you decide not to subscribe, we won’t charge your card.

Which means of payment do you accept?

Paid subscriptions require a Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover.

Are there discounts for yearly plans?

Yes! If you pay for a year in advance, you save 2 months compared to paying monthly. This means you get 12 months’ usage for the price of 10 months.

If I choose the “pay-as-you-go” subscription mode, what’s the validity period of the transcription hours I purchase?

Transcription hours are valid one year from the date of purchase.

If I subscribe to a Pro or Expert plan, can I carry over my remaining time credit from one month to the next?

No, at moment, if you have unused transcription hours at the end of a month, you cannot keep this time credit for the next month.

Can I purchase transcription hours through “pay-as-you-go”, in addition to a Pro or Expert plan?

Please contact us if you want to add more transcription hours to your Pro or Expert plan.

How can I change my plan?

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

Yes you can.
If you cancel a yearly plan, we won't auto-renew your subscription at the end of the 12-month period.
If you cancel a monthly plan, we won't auto-renew your subscription at the end of the month.

What kind of inputs does Readio support?

We support multiple video and audio encodings, including .mp3, .mp4, .wav and .flac.
